Our focus has always been our local community, which is why we did something not commonly done, we setup a local mortgage team. We all work together as one to help the people around us, we help improve lives, by helping people get into a home, they own.
Our goal is education first, lending second.
It may sound counter intuitive for a business, but because we have a genuine passion for helping people own a home, we want to make sure people learn how to accomplish that. Not just how to get a mortgage, but how build a future that looks brighter and better. We do this through seminars, workshops, online education, and teaching upon request to certain groups.
We’ve been in the business for over 30 years combined, focused on serving our local community. We’ve helped 2nd generations buy their homes, in addition to working with many of our clients on buying 2nd homes.
Some Quick Facts About New American Funding
New American Funding began nearly 20 years ago, headquartered in Orange County, California, where they quickly grew to become a leader in the home loan industry.
In 2013, they formed the Latino Focus initative to address the challenges of Hispanic consumers in their pursuit of homeownership, with great success. Then in 2016, they created the New American Dream initiative with the primary goals of raising awareness and increasing homeownership in African-American communities.
Their latest initiative, Military Heroes Focus, launched in 2022 with the goal to increase homeownership and create career opportunities for servicemembers, veterans and their families.
